If your splitter hasn't run since last fall, now is the time to get it looked at. We service hydraulic and kinetic splitters and have them back to you before you need them.
Hydraulic pump problems, cylinder leaks, engine trouble, or valve issues. We diagnose it and fix it right.
Oil change, air filter, spark plug, carb clean, and full tune-up on the gas engine. Most splitters run Briggs, Honda, or Kohler power. We service them all.
Slow splitting, no pressure build, or pump noise. Hydraulic pump inspection, relief valve check, and pump replacement if needed.
Seal replacement, cylinder inspection, and ram service. Hydraulic leaks only get worse. We fix them properly.
Valve stuck in one position, not returning to neutral, or leaking around the spool. Control valve rebuild or replacement.
Old or contaminated fluid, filter replacement, and system flush. Often overlooked and often the root cause of pump and valve problems.
Flywheel inspection, rack and pinion service, drive belt check, and engine service. Kinetic splitters have fewer hydraulic parts but still need regular maintenance.
Log lifts, tow hitches, hydraulic connectors, or anything else on your splitter. If we can fix it, we will.
