What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, phone, email, and address — when you book online, call/text, email, or drop equipment off.
- Job details — equipment type/brand, symptoms, notes, photos you send, and service history.
- Booking & messaging data — appointment requests, SMS/email replies, and related timestamps in our shop system.
- Payment info — processed by our payment provider (for example Square). We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Website basics — standard server/CDN logs used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- Schedule and complete repairs, pickups, and deliveries.
- Send estimates, status updates, invoices, and replies you asked for.
- Run the business (records, warranties, accounting, and legal requirements).
- Improve the website and shop tools (aggregated where practical).
Texts and emails
We contact you about your job or booking when you have given us a number/email for that purpose, or when you message us first. You can ask us to stop promotional messages anytime. Transactional messages about an active job may still be needed to finish the work.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers (hosting, SMS/email, payments, accounting), parts suppliers when ordering for your machine, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention & security
We keep job and customer records as long as needed for service history, warranties, taxes, and normal business records. We use reasonable safeguards; no system is 100% secure.
