// Snowmobile Service
Get your sled ready before the snow flies. Pre-season tune-ups, carb and engine repair, clutch, belt and track work, and storage prep at the end of the season. Two-stroke and four-stroke. Trail, mountain, utility and vintage sleds.
Hard starting, bogging, slipping belts, worn tracks. Bring it in before the first big storm, not after.
Spark plugs, fuel system check, carb clean and sync, drive belt and clutch inspection, chaincase oil, battery test, and a once-over on lights, brakes and throttle. Start the season knowing it will start.
Won't start, runs rough, bogs at full throttle, or sat all summer with old gas in it. Carb strip and rebuild, fuel lines, pull starts, compression testing, and engine repair on two-stroke and four-stroke sleds.
Primary and secondary clutch cleaning, inspection and service, plus belt replacement. A slipping or glazed belt costs you power and can leave you stranded on the trail. We check the whole drive, not just the belt.
Track tension and alignment, worn studs and lugs, slide (hyfax) replacement, idler wheels, and shock and skid inspection. Small wear items here prevent big repairs later.
End of season, done right. Fuel stabilizer, fogging the engine, fuel system prep, battery care, and a note on anything worn so you can plan repairs over the summer instead of in November.
Brakes, throttle and brake cables, hand warmers, lights, pull cords. If it's mechanical and not working right, give Chris a call.
A Quick Heads-Up on Electronics
Newer sleds rely on dealer computer software to read fault codes and check engine lights, and we don't have that equipment. If your sled is throwing a warning light or an electronic fault code, a dealer is your best first stop. Everything mechanical, we're happy to take on. Not sure which one you've got? Text us the year and model and we'll tell you straight.
// Brands We Service
Older and vintage sleds welcome. If it's been sitting in the barn for years, we'll take a look.
// We Come to You
Pickup and delivery is built into how we work. We cover 30 km around Fergus. We'll load up your sled, fix it, and bring it back ready to ride.
We'll tell you what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether it's actually worth it. If it isn't, we say so.
